- grub_memdisk.cfg (used inside grub.elf) now only loads grub.cfg from
cbfs. It no longer enables serial output or sets
prefix. (menuentries/common.cfg does instead)
- resources/grub/config/extra/common.cfg, added:
- insmod instructions to load those modules: nativedisk, ehci, ohci,
uhci, usb, usbserial_pl2303, usbserial_ftdi, usbserial_usbdebug
