There was no justification for a further section for the Teensy. Simply refer to <a href="https://www.flashrom.org/Teensy_3.1_SPI_%2B_LPC/FWH_Flasher#ISP_Usage">this page on flashrom.org</a> for information about how to set it up, and correlate that with the pins on the SPI flash chip as per other guides in the libreboot documentation for each board.
